Now Hiring: Assistant Superintendent | Austin, TX

A well-respected Texas-based general contractor is looking to add an Assistant Superintendent to their growing Austin team. If you’re ready to take the next step in your field leadership career, this is an excellent opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Support day-to-day site operations for complex commercial and institutional projects
• Coordinate field activities, subcontractors, and inspections to maintain project schedules and quality
• Assist with site safety, material tracking, and daily reporting
• Grow into a trusted leader with mentorship from seasoned Superintendents and Project Managers

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of construction management or field experience (internships/co-ops count!)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow with a team that values craftsmanship and accountability
• Experience on K-12, higher education, healthcare, or commercial builds is a plus
